A NME Shockwave Awards está realizando uma premiação que envolve tanto os melhores quanto os piores de 2009. A lista é meio contraditória e divertida. Afinal, existem 2 pessoas que estão concorrendo tanto a mais bem vestido quanto a mais mal vestido: Lady Gaga e, obviamente, Liam Gallagher.

Enfim, nesta premiação o Oasis está concorrendo a pior banda de 2009, a melhor banda de 2009, além de melhor clipe (Falling Down), de melhor show (Heaton Park), de herói do ano (Noel), de vilão do ano (duas vezes, com Noel e Liam), de melhor blog de banda (Noel Gallagher, no oasisinet.com), bem como os já citados mais bem e mais mal vestidos.
